John officiated our uncle’s funeral today in Carnarvon. From talking to him initially on the phone from New Zealand to finally meeting him in person he was able to make the process easy and personal. His attention to detail and his art of listening to our thoughts and incorporating them into his delivery was outstanding. We can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond to make a sad day a very special one. You have been an absolute pleasure John. Thank you.
